Before joining JS Group, Claire worked as an Engagement Manager for Pertemps Training Solutions, creating learning opportunities for professionals who wanted to expand their skillsets both personally and professionally. She worked closely with businesses nationally to discover their training needs, and then support them through the end to end process of recruiting learners and driving staff retention all the way through to senior management level.

She has worked in a variety of industries and roles including account management, transition management and statutory inspections. She has specific experience in engagement with large key accounts and worked as an onsite account manager to resolve operational issues. A huge proportion of this account was to pitch ideas, develop strategies and demonstrate problem solving abilities to address minor and major issues for the client.

As an Employer Engagement Manager, Claire worked closely with multi-site and channel partners to win and deliver skills and employability solutions -achieving key contract targets such as apprenticeships, interviews, work trials and sustainable job outcomes for all stakeholders. She has worked within the education sector for the last 6 years and thoroughly enjoys the learning journey.
